Carlos Trianes

Executive Administration & Investor Relations, Office of the CEO

Carlos Trianes

Based in Panama, Carlos has worked alongside Kelly Bone for more than 15 years across projects in different parts of the world. He currently supports the overall administration and operational coordination of Confidante, helping strengthen internal processes, maintain effective communication and follow through on priorities. His role is designed to create clarity across fast-moving workstreams and keep leadership decisions connected to execution.
Ryan Sawchuk

Executive Advisor, Sales & Marketing Strategy

Ryan Sawchuk

Ryan Sawchuk is a sales, marketing and AI strategist in real estate and technology. Before Confidante, Ryan led North American Sales at Tessian, a Sequoia-backed cybersecurity company acquired by Proofpoint. He served as Head of Global Sales Development at CrowdStrike, where over 10% of the company reported into his organization, and he helped the firm become the fastest to reach $1B in revenue. He also held a role at Zuora, where he led Global Campaigns to align Sales and Marketing through the company’s public market exit.

Ryan holds an M.S. in Finance from Johns Hopkins and a B.A. in Economics from Rollins College (cum laude). He has a patent pending (U.S. application 17/989,876).

At Confidante, Ryan leads the firm’s global sales and marketing strategy. He drives business development, strategic partnerships, market positioning and the integration of AI-driven sales and marketing initiatives to accelerate growth across the organization’s international real estate development, hospitality and investment platform.
Chelsey Pierce

Chelsey Pierce

Chelsey Pierce is a Strategic Advisor in Wellness, Regenerative Hospitality & Transformational Experiences, Co-Founder of Sacred Ohms, and a Global Wellness Strategist with more than 17 years of experience spanning luxury hospitality, transformational leadership and immersive wellness.

With a foundation in Las Vegas luxury hospitality and more than seven years designing transformational wellness and retreat experiences across destinations including Costa Rica and Bali, Chelsey brings a unique perspective to the evolution of hospitality. Her expertise integrates regenerative wellness, conscious leadership, movement, nervous system regulation and intentional experience design.

Through her work with Confidante, Chelsey supports the development of wellness-driven destinations and experiences designed for restoration, vitality, connection and meaningful transformation.

Ramaj Balley is a mortgage banking executive with over 30 years of experience leading production, business development and multi-state operations. He is also recognized as a trusted mentor and industry voice, with a leadership approach grounded in both performance and purpose. A longtime resident of Austin, Texas, Ramaj brings the same dedication to his community and family as he does to the organizations he serves.
