Geoff Rabideau is a Canadian lawyer and the Founder and Principal Lawyer of Rabideau Law Professional Corporation, where he advises clients in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, corporate law, business transactions and mortgage enforcement. With more than 18 years of legal experience, Geoff has built a reputation for delivering innovative legal solutions while using technology to improve the client experience. His leadership has positioned Rabideau Law among the highest-volume real estate law practices in Canada.

A graduate of Queen’s University Faculty of Law, Geoff has been a member in good standing of the Law Society of Ontario since 2008. Throughout his career, he has remained actively involved in the legal and real estate industries, regularly presenting educational seminars for the Canadian Mortgage Brokers Association (CMBA) and co-authoring chapters on real estate law for the CMBA Mortgage Agent Course textbook. He is also committed to supporting his local community through board service and charitable initiatives.

At Confidante, Geoff serves as Canadian Legal Representative, providing strategic legal counsel on Canadian real estate development, corporate structuring, commercial transactions and regulatory matters. With a strong entrepreneurial background spanning Europe and international markets, he specializes in connecting investors with innovative real estate, hospitality and lifestyle opportunities while building long-term strategic relationships.

Throughout his career, Michael has focused on developing international partnerships, identifying investment opportunities and creating premium experiences across luxury real estate, hospitality, fashion, gastronomy, arts, entertainment, sports and private investment. His expertise also includes brand strategy, marketing communications and the development of exclusive member communities that strengthen engagement and collaboration across global markets.

At Confidante, Michael serves as Partner for Global Investor Relations, leading the company’s international investor engagement initiatives while supporting strategic partnerships, European market expansion and global capital relationships.
